Some Things I Noticed About Peter Pan

I am currently watching Peter Pan, and I noticed a couple of things that I want to address.
1. Tinkerbell is kind of a bitch. She literally tells the Lost Boys to kill Wendy. THEN, she doesn't even deny it to Peter and is proud of the fact! Certainly not an image for little children in my opinion.
2. It's a little racist. Just watch one of the Indian scenes. They are literally red skinned and are completely stereotypical. Direct quote: "The Indians are cunning, but less intelligent." Wow. I realize this was made in 1953, but I thought we were over the whole oppressing the Natives thing by then. Maybe it was just a 50's "Red" thing.
3. Mermaids are whores. Look at the way they are all over Peter. I don't even think one of them is wearing a shell bra. Good thing Disney made up for itself with the Little Mermaid: a nice mermaid who falls for a man based on his statue.
4. Flying is the coolest thing ever. Arguably much better than a flying carpet.
5. Captain Hook has a reason to be angry. PETER CUT OFF HIS FREAKING HAND. I don't think we should be completely sympathetic to Peter. But with Tink's tendancies, I bet she was the one who told him to do it.
6. Disney has learned to sensor itself. No more drinking rum and smoking cigars for Disney characters. No more posing half nude either. They even have a Peace Pipe!!! And the kids smoke it! Product of the 50's I guess.
7. Wendy would be an annoying girlfriend. That's just obvious.
