His explination is probably funnier. Hahaha Barack would've caught one and yelled, "sit back down."
And where the heck is the secret service?! They need to protect our leaders from the looming menace of shoes.

Remember how Hillary Clinton, Madeleine Albright, Diane Sawyer, Emily Dickinson, and Katharine Hepburn among others went there?!!?! And remember how it's the 4th best Liberal Arts School in the nation?! ummm... Couldn't be happier. Well if Boston wasn't as cold as it is I would be happier - but I digress. Lovin' life.

10 Most Fascinating People of 2008
I was intrigued by the ads for Barbara Walters' 10 Most Fascinating People of 2008, so I decided to do that myself. However, I am not limiting myself to people who are...alive. We shall go backwards.
10. Heath Ledger
I'm obviously not the only person who found the Joker more than amazing. I was honestly surprised that Heath Ledger could think up this amazing persona. Method acting is just interesting in itself. I was sooooo sad about his death! We miss you!
9. Perez Hilton
I have become the most faithful perezhilton.com fan. It is the absolute BEST site for anything and everything celebrity. Perez is just amazing because he makes you want to be his friend whenever you hear him speak...and I love his hair.
8. Elizabeth Hasselbeck
It was just too funny to see her get creamed by every other View host during the election. No picture necessary.
7. Hillary Clinton
Hillary ran a very interesting primary campaign. There was a definite struggle between the ways of the old and the ways of the new. Plus, she is an amazing person and SECRETARY OF STATE!!!!
6. Nastia Liukin
Nastia outshined all of the other gymnasts at the Beijing Summer Olympics. But she did it without the hype of Shawn Johnson and Michael Phelps.
5. Barbara Walters
Barbara Walters was premiscuous?! According to her new book she was! Craaazzy. Her surprises surely fascinated me. there you go, 2 for 1
4. Edith Piaf
La Vie en Rose was one of my favorite movies of the year, if not favorite. Her life was very interesting and her conflicts were basically... hard core. And listen to her music = godly.
3. Miley Cyrus
Miley fascinates me because throughout all of the rumors and all of the trainwreck things that she has been through, little kids are still obsessed with her. I don't know how she manages it. Her interview on Ellen explains it all.
2. Barack Obama
This one is just obvious.
and finally...
1. Sarah Palin
No one for a while has fascinated me more than Sarah Palin. Despite the fact that I disagree with everything she says, I still want to be her friend. She is so neighborly! Everything about her is literally hilarious with the accent and the hunting. She kills me. It's a strange strange enigma, but she is seriously fascinating.
